Certain products may be available exclusively online through the Site and may be available in limited quantities, subject to stock. All products are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

We have made every effort to display the colours and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual colour or appearance of a product. Minor variations in colour, finish, and dimensions are inherent to fine jewellery and do not constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer and to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or information obtained by you will meet your expectations.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. In the event we cancel a prepaid order, the full amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment.

We may terminate these Terms and your access to the Site at any time without notice if, in our sole judgment, you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms; you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

Section 17 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
